Helicopter service company was found on September 22 of the year 2006.
At first our team consisted only of 50 employees and the main activity was supplying helicopter spare parts. As time passed by HSC was delegated to organize overhaul repairs of helicopter components and assemblies on enterprises within Russian Helicopters Holding Company.

Over the last years HSC has been continuously improving service quality and extending the list of offered services.
We set-up a Call-center, launched an online-store, implemented a CRM-system which has significantly improved the time of processing clients’ requests. Today HSC supplies the production from more than 60 manufacturers, and the available stock-list exceeds 6000 unique items. In the year 2015 Russian Helicopters Holding Company has approved after sales support development Strategy for world civil and foreign military aviation markets. According to this strategy HSC plays the key role in realization of all the spectrum of after sales support services for helicopters and aircraft repair organizations.

Today – we are a fast developing company with a number of specialists exceeding 200.
Currently HSC offers its clients leading after sales support services, such as Standard Exchange, instant shipping of spare parts in AOG case, also works are being performed on cataloging of the available modification options and provisioning of electronic documentation data base. In the year 2017 we are planning to open the biggest logistic center in Russia based in Sheremetyevo airport, which will increase the number of available spare parts and significantly widen the list of fast-shipment items.
