Russian Helicopters Holding expands the technical support for Mi-8AMT, Mi-171, Mi-171E, Mi-171A1, Mi-171A2 helicopter operators and MROs

Russian Helicopters Holding (a member of Rostec) is continuously expanding the competence of the technical support services. TeMPO is organized on the Helicopter Service Company basis to provide civil operators with 24/7 technical support as part of the after-sales service development strategy.
TeMPO is providing Russian and foreign civil operators with technical support services for Kamov 32 family and «Ansat» helicopters. After 6 months of TeMPO functioning more than 30 operators have been connected to the service. Among them are operators from Russian Federation, South Korea, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and other.
Since 1st of December the list of helicopters supported by TeMPO is expanding by Ulan-Ude aviation plant products: Mi-8AMT, Mi-171, Mi-171E, Mi-171A1 and Mi-171A2 types.
Within TeMPO perspective developing models of helicopters will also be taken into service. The aim is to achieve coverage of 80 percent of civil helicopter fleet produced by Russian Helicopters.
The Technical Support Desk TeMPO is available online which significantly increases the speed of processing requests and allows the operator to monitor the status and have 24/7 access to the request’s history and documentation.
