The State Supervision under Construction issued a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and planning documentation to the Sheremetyevo warehouse complex. It means the completion of the first stage of construction, within which warehouses and utility premises with a total area of ​​6,100 square meters were built. The area of ​​the land plot is 1.7 hectares. The complex comprises: an electrical substation, an administrative building, a security gatehouse and sewage treatment facilities. In addition the parking zone is organized in the territory of the complex. The next stage is obtaining a permit for commissioning a warehouse complex.

HSC is a construction project owner of the warehouse complex where the future logistics hub will be located. It will allow increasing the amount of stock in order to boost spare parts availability, enhancing shipments and, as a result, it will raise customer satisfaction.
