HSC purchased new equipment, which ensures that spare parts are protected during transportation and storage. FOAMplus Handpacker is acquired for the purpose of spare parts safety delivery. This equipment produces foam, which takes shape of spare parts in container and fills the free space. Due to usage of such technology, spare parts receive solid protection from destruction. Spare parts are fixed reliably during the transportation. Such measure allows avoiding cleavages.

The equipment is a machine which creates foam of various density, including: 4 kg per m³, 10 kg / m³, 19 kg / m³, 20 kg / m³. The mechanism is connected with two barrels of 200 liters by hoses. There is a manual injection of components on the output. Besides the foam, the device uses a double wrap film with a width of 900 mm, 1200 mm, 600 mm. The volume of the finished package: 1 liter of the mixture = 0.21 m³ in the wrap film. The maximum length of the wrap film is 690 m, for any volume of packaging.

FOAMplus Handpacker uses a wrap film with additional perforation, which increases the shelf life of spare parts.The mixing chamber with self-cleaning function allows you to receive consistently high quality packaging of spare parts. The foam does not damage the spare parts and provides snubbing effect. The equipment has a self-diagnosis program which is built in the mechanism and, moreover, intuitive and interactive control.
