Repair kit
Since 2015, a unified repair kit has been introduced, required for repairing a VNV 8-1930-000 series 02 main rotor head. This kit comprises a list of mandatory replacement parts and single-shot parts required for repairing a VNV 8-1930-000 series 02 main rotor head on the basis of one kit per main rotor head, except repairable components:
- Flapping hinge nuts,
- Drag hinge nuts,
- Pitch cuff nuts.
Alongside with other main rotor head components, the above nuts are available in bulk, except the parts of the repair kit. The parts of the repair kit (except standard parts) can not be supplied in bulk (only as part of repair kit 1:1)
Advantages of ordering repair kit 1:1:
- These unified kits can be used by any client.
- These kits are available on request from Helicopter Service Company's storage depot in any quantity.
- Friendly for foreign clients to preplan repairs of main rotor head.
