HSC participated at the exhibition «MAX 2017»
Operators of Russian helicopter equipment had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with all areas of our company's after sales services.
The exposition was located in inflatable hangar with the emblem of JSC "Helicopters of Russia" on a static pad. Our exposition was divided into 6 zones.
A mock-up of a new warehouse and a film about its construction were presented at the exhibition. The Sheremetyevo warehouse complex is a unique facility located not far from the airport, equipped with state-of-the-art systems for managing logistics and stocks, including mobile shelving, electric loading and packaging machinery. It ensures the safety of use and efficiency of shipments.
A part of the exposition was devoted to the helicopter equipment upgrades. A holographic cube was placed at the head of the exhibition area, in which the visitor could see the full range of proposed upgrades. It aimed to illustrate the possible improvements to the three types of helicopters (Mi-8, Mi-24, and Ka-32).
Representatives of aircraft repair plants were at the largest booth. Among them were: 810 ARZ, 419ARZ, 356 ARZ, NARZ and 99 ZATO. Visitors were invited to discuss the opportunities for repairing helicopter equipment. In advance we prepared a package of brochures for each plant, describing the capabilities, history, statistics and specialization.
The opening of the call center with a 24/7 work schedule was announced at the exhibition. Moreover, the group of specialists conducted professional consultations on new opportunities in the field of technical support. Clients were explained how to form a request correctly in order to receive a brief answer.
During the entire exhibition, a responsible specialist was training operators to use interactive documentation. In the future, a complete transition from paper to electronic documentation will be performed. It will reduce the costs for operators and simplify access to the necessary information. Augmented reality was shown on it applicable to education of technical personnel.
More than thousand people visited our exhibition, dozens of business meetings were held, and our clients found out about the improvement of the company's aftersales service.
